Unique Features: Marina Bay Street Circuit was Formula 1's first night race with dazzling city lights and features a challenging bumpy surface and high humidity. The circuit passes by numerous iconic landmarks like the Marina Bay Sands and Anderson Bridge, with unusual track elements like driving UNDER a grandstand.
The track was introduced in 2008 and brought night time racing to Formula 1 which immdiatley set itself apart with the dramatic floodlit backdrop and glittering Singapore skyline. The circuit is a tight, twisty street layout, weaving through the bay district with a combo of slow-speed corners, chicanes, and a few short straights.
Despite having a sort lap length, the track can be physically grueling due to the high humidity and heat, combined with the continuous series of turns that leave almost no rest for drivers.
A one of the most visually striking events on the Formula 1 calendar, Singapore Grand Prix tickets are always highly sought after. Seat Loader offers a selection of walkabout tickets, grandstand, and hospitality tickets.
Zone 4 Walkabout: Holders are granted freedom to explore Zone 4 and entry to specially crafted viewing platforms positioned along the track. Curate your own viewing experience with additional access to performance stages within zone 4 including the Padang Stage.
Premier Walkabout: Make your own race experience from different vantage points at the various platforms located throughout the circuit park. Catch the race through Zone 1 to 4. Holders can also indulge in a number of entertainment, food and beverage options available across the entire circuit park.
Padang: Set to the drivers left, see cars rac towards the Singapore Sling. With views of iconic landmarks in the vicinity and refuel on curated local and international cuisine at the nearby Portside Hawkers and Dockside Hawkers.
Empress: Holders can immerse themselves in this grandstand located in the heart of Singapore's historical Civic District.
Bayfront: Situated underneath Singapore's longest bridge, the Benjamin Sheares Bridge, patrons at the new Bayfront Granstand will enjoy fantastic views of the track. Holders can enjoy complimentary rides on the Singapore Flyer observation wheel, on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to zones 1 through 4 as well as the performance stages in the Circuit Park, including Zone 4 Padang Stage and Zone One Wharf Stage.
Turn 1 Grandstand: Intesne racing action at Turn 1 famous for the 2017 incident where the start line wiped out Max Verstappen and Kimi Raikkonen immediatley, and seconds later Sebastian Vettel spun out. Fernando Alonso's McLaren was also damaged. Extras: Ride the Singapore Flyer and have access to Zones 1,2,3 and 4 as well as performance stages in the Circuit Park, including Zone 4 Padang Stage and Zone 1 Wharf Stage.
Turn 2 Grandstand: Feel cars rush straight towards you as you enjoy a bird's eye view of the firs three turns and cars leaving the pit lane. Includes the extras available in Turn 1.
Pit Grandstand: See cars line up on the starting grid, see the action along the Pit Straight, peek into the F1 garages just across the track and catch a stunning display of fireworks once the race is over. Enjoy rides on the Singapore Flyer and access to Zones 1-4 and performance stages in Circuit Park.
Hospitality Racer | Padang: Includes a reserved seat in Padang Grandstand, access to zone 4, and entry to Padang Stage concerts featuring international headliners. The track is located on Singapore's Marina Bay District. Changi is Singapore's main airport and serves as a major global travel hub, with more than 100 airlines flying direct from across the world.
From the UK: Regular flights are available to Changi from three UK airports - Heathrow, Gatwick, and Manchester. The flight takes around 13 hours.
From Australia: Most of the major international airports in Australia fly direct to Changi with both budget and full-service options available from:
The flight usually takes around 7-8 hours while flights from western Australia take approximately 4.5-5.5 hours.
From the USA: Direct flights from US cities can be difficult due to the distance. You can fly direct from San Fransisco, Los Angeles, New York, all with Singapore Airlines. All other flights will involve at least one stop in Tokyo, Doha or one of the US airports listed above.
Getting to Marina Bay from Changi Airport:
Taxi: Singapore is a compact city and Changi Airport is only 12 miles away from Marina Bay so the best and quickest option is a taxi which you will find in Arrival Areas of Terminals 1,2,3 and 4.
Mass Rapid Transit: The perfect way to navigate around town and to the circuit and is the preferable option to walking even short distances as the humidity in Singapore can be overwhelming, especially if you've just arrived and are not used to it. You'll find the the MRT station downstairs in the arrivals hall of Terminal 2 where you can take the train to either Expo (Downtown Line) or Tanah Merah (East West Line). From there you'll be able to connect with trains heading to different parts of the city.
