AC Milan secured their first Champions League trophy in 1994 after the tournament's rebrand in 1992. San Siro Stands - Blu Stand | Rosso Stand | Arancio Stand | Verde Stand

The San Siro is one of the most famous stadiums in world football, having hosted countless memorable matches over its 99-year legacy. It was originally the exclusive stadium of the Rossenari in 1926 before it became the joint home of both Milan clubs in 1947. The Curva Sud is often the heartbeat of Milan’s support, with many of the passionate local supporters residing in this stand. Inter Milan formed in 1909 as a group of AC Milan fans wanted more international representation in the club, which is why the club was named Internazionale. Inter Milan moved into the San Siro in 1947 from the Arena Civica.

The San Siro is known for its many special moments and for its uniquely developed stadium. Most notably the huge cylindrical towers of the stadium are a major talking point about the San Siro. These large towers were developed in the late 1980s in preparation for the 1990 World Cup, to support the new upper tier and to provide entrance to the higher levels of the stadium.
