By Train: The nearest station is Pokesdown for Boscombe, approximatley a 10-minute walk from the ground. Bournemouth Station, a mainline stop with direct services to London Waterloo and Southampton, is around a 30-minute walk or short taxi ride away.

By Bus: Local bus routes 2, 3, 5a, and M1/M2 serve the stadium area, with stops on Christchurch Road near Kings Park Drive. Services run frequently from Bournemouth town centre and sorrounding areas.

By Car: The postcode for the ground is BH7 7AF, leading you directly to the stadium. It is easily accessible from the A338, with clear singage to Kings Park. However, matchday parking is very limited in the immediate era, but paid parking is available at The South Stand Car Park, operating charges on a 34/7 basis; it reaches capacity around 75 minutes before kick-off.

By Bike: The stadium has a number of bike racks available and are located oppostie the main reception area.

On Foot: The walk from Bournemouth town centre to the Vitality Stadium takes around 35 minutes on foot, following Christchurch Road towards Boscombe and Kings Park.
